The machine can be controlled manually or automatically.

Due to its high power, the bender can handle pipe bends up to 42.4 mm with a 3 mm wall. The maximum bend angle is 180 °.

The set  includes 5 sets of dies for steel pipes with the following dimensions:

• 16 mm
• 20 mm
• 25 mm
• 32 mm
• 38 mm

On request, we make dies for other pipe sizes.

The control panel is equipped with a display that shows the set bend angle and the current bend angle of the pipe.

The machine can be controlled manually or automatically.

Manual mode:

In manual mode, it is the operator who decides how much the pipe is to be bent. Manual bending is performed using the control panel.

Automatic mode:

In automatic mode, the operator first sets the desired bending angle and then presses the foot switch. The machine then automatically bends the pipe.

Automatic steering is carried out by means of a foot control.

Manual control is done from the control panel.

The bender is equipped with a powerful 1.5 kW motor .

High engine power guarantees many years of failure-free operation even under the heaviest load.

The mechanical pressure of the vice ensures high accuracy and reliability of the mechanism.

The maximum bending angle of the machine is 180 °

Replacing dies takes only a few minutes.
