Band saw STILER BS 712R
In this model we used more powerful one-phase electric motor which is equipped with additional safety devices, new generation of hydraulic cylinder, by which you can control lowering speed of arm . Electric pump draws coolant directly from tank onto cutting band. Base of band saw works like tub which collect and drain coolant back to tank.
Arm of machine can be switched to vertical position. In this position arm can be equipped with small worktable, which will support work pieces during vertical cutting.
Main advantages of this machine are: swivel arm which can be rotated up to 45º, new generation of hydraulic cylinder, more powerful motor - 0,75 kW, 230V and more efficient cooling system
Vice of machine has feature of quick clamp, which is very helpful and convenient when cutting a lot of similar sized materials. Stock stop can be mounted to the Vice's base.
Specification:
- Massive and stable construction and arm made from uniform cast iron, guarantees precise cutting and long failure-free work.
- Cutting band guides are equipped with bearings.
- Machine's vice is equipped with quick release. Vice can be switched between left and right position
- After cut is done, machine automatically turns off the drive of cutting band and coolant pump.
- To ensure safety machine is equipped with covers of cutting band. If any of covers will be opened or when cutting band breaks then machine's motor shut down automatically.
- Coolant pump and tank are placed inside band saw's base.
- Thanks to swivel arm it is possible to cut material at angle - any degree ranging from 0º up to 45º.
- Speed of arm's descent is controlled through valve on hydraulic cylinder.
- Machine's vice can be equipped with material stop (included with machine).
