In addition, the guides are equipped with sintered carbides, which translates into greater accuracy during serial cuts.

The cutter is equipped with a modern material clamping system with a quick lock.

The arm's speed is regulated on the cutting machine's control panel.
The belt speed is regulated by changing the belt position on the pulleys. We can choose from four speeds of the cutting band: 24, 52, 78, 109 m / min.
In the lower position of the arm (after cutting the material), the saw band drive and the cooling system are automatically turned off.
Safety is ensured by the cutting band covers and micro switches that stop the engine operation after the cutting cycle is completed or any of the covers are opened.
The engine is equipped with new generation thermal fuses.
The base is built as a rigid body welded from steel sheets. Inside there is a separate coolant tank with an electropump and a large drain pan.
The design of the upper part of the base provides a basin for draining the coolant and catching the chips produced during the cutting of the material.
A STEEL structure with a rotating arm and a control panel on a separate pedestal is attached to the base.
In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the movement of the cutting band and the movement of the arm descending.
The speed of the arm drop (cutting speed) is regulated by a hydraulic actuator.
The drive from the engine to the belt driving pulley is transferred by means of a maintenance-free worm and belt transmission.
The drop speed of the arm and the activation of the coolant system can be easily adjusted on the control panel.
The control panel is located on a rotating arm and can be rotated up to 180 °.
The arm can be rotated in two directions. Left to 45 ° and right to 60 °.
