Description
Main advantages of this machine are: swivel arm which can be rotated from -45º up to +60º, new generation of hydraulic cylinder, more powerful motor - 0,55 kW, 400V and more efficient cooling system.
Stock stop can be mounted to the Vice's base.
Specification:
Massive and stable construction and arm made from uniform cast iron, guarantees precise cutting and long failure-free work.
Cutting band guides are equipped with bearings.
After cut is done, machine automatically turns off the drive of cutting band and coolant pump.
To ensure safety machine is equipped with covers of cutting band. If any of covers will be opened or when cutting band breaks then machine's motor shut down automatically.
Coolant pump and tank are placed inside band saw's base.
Thanks to swivel arm it is possible to cut material at angle - any degree ranging from -45º up to +60º.
Speed of arm's descent is controlled through valve on hydraulic cylinder.
Machine's vice can be equipped with material stop (included with machine).
Speed of cutting band can be change by swiching position of v-belt on pulleys. There is three speeds available: 23, 34 i 54 m/min
