The new model uses a more powerful three-phase motor equipped with additional safeguards, a new generation maintenance-free hydraulic cylinder, liquid cooling in a closed system with a large drainage tub.

The main advantages of the machine are: rotary arm up to 60º, new generation hydraulic cylinder, more powerful 1.1 kW engine, more efficient cooling system.

The new, more powerful 1.1kW three-phase motor and gearbox ensure high power of the machine and its trouble-free operation and operation.

The machine is equipped with a tension spring and quick clamping of the vice.

Bearing guides ensure reliable and even guiding of the tape in the material being cut. A big plus is the cooling of the cutting band placed directly on the guide.

The control panel makes the machine easier to use. The device has 2 speeds that can be easily and quickly changed on the panel.

Hydraulic cylinder with infinitely adjustable arm drop, facilitates more accurate speed adjustment to the material being framed.

Limit switches prevent the machine from being switched on accidentally when changing the saw. And also turning off the machine after each completed cycle of work.

The cooling system used extends the strength of the cutting band when cutting thick materials.

Machine characteristics:
The massive, stable and refined construction and the arm made of a uniform cast iron provides the machine with very high rigidity and stability when cutting, which results in precision cutting and long trouble-free operation.
The construction as well as the use of a 20 mm wide cutting band enables full execution of multi-series cuts of both profiles and full details.
In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the movement of the cutting band and the arm falling rate.
The arm's falling speed (cutting speed) is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
The drive from the engine to the belt driving the belt is transmitted by a maintenance-free worm gear.
Includes bumper cut material, PL user manual and set of tools.
The feed speed is adjusted on the cutter control panel. We have a choice of two speeds of cutting band 36 and 72 m / min.
In the lower arm position (after cutting the material) the cutting band drive and cooling system are switched off automatically.
Safety is ensured by the cutting band covers and micro switches stopping the engine after the cutting cycle or opening any of the covers, the additional protection consists in switching off the automatic cutter if the cutting band breaks.
The engine is equipped with new generation thermal fuses.
The base is built-in as a rigid body welded from steel sheets. Inside there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump and a large drainage tank.
The shape of the upper part of the base is a bath for draining coolant and catching chips formed during cutting of the material.
A cast iron construction table with a rotating arm and a control panel on a separate pedestal are attached to the base.
