Band saw STILER G5025
In this model we used more powerful three-phase electric motor which is equipped with additional safety devices, new generation of hydraulic cylinder, by which you can control lowering speed of arm . Electric pump draws coolant directly from tank onto cutting band. Base of band saw works like tub which collect and drain coolant back to tank.
Guiding system of cutting band is additionally equipped with carbide plates, which greatly increases precision of cutting.
Main advantages of this machine are: swivel arm which can be rotated from -45° up to 60º, new generation of hydraulic cylinder, more powerful motor - 1,5 kW, 400V and more efficient cooling system
Vice of machine has feature of quick clamp, which is very helpful and convenient when cutting a lot of similar sized materials. Stock stop can be mounted to the vice's base.
Vice has been designed in the way that it's position can be quickly changed to adapt to angle cutting.
Control panel makes machine operating easier. On it you can quickly change speed of cutting band (36 or 72 m/min),turn machine off and change work mode to manual/automatic.Specification:
- Massive and stable construction and arm made from uniform cast iron, guarantees precise cutting and long failure-free work.
- Cutting band guides are equipped with bearings and special carbide plates. It has tremendous positive impact on longevity and stablility of cutting band as well as on precision and quality of cut.
- Machine's vice is equipped with quick release.
- Cutting band's speed can be changed on control panel. You can choose between 36 and 72 m/ min.
- After cut is done, machine automatically turns off the drive of cutting band and coolant pump.
- To ensure safety machine is equipped with covers of cutting band. If any of covers will be opened or when cutting band breaks then machine's motor shut down automatically.
- Coolant pump and tank are placed inside band saw's base.
- Thanks to swivel arm it is possible to cut material at angle - any degree ranging from 0º up to 60º.
- Speed of arm's descent is controlled through valve on hydraulic cylinder.
- Machine's vice can be equipped with material stop (included with machine).
- Vice has been designed in the way that it's position can be quickly changed to adapt to angle cutting.
