It separates two different cable types with 99.9% accuracy, processing more cable scrap in a shorter time than most other machines. Additionally, it features a self-cleaning mode, reducing maintenance requirements.

✅ How does the STILER 12.2 KW granulator work?

It separates copper wires from plastic insulation.
The wires are cut into granules.
Copper granules are separated from the insulation using a gravity-air separation system — copper is heavier, plastic is lighter. The separated copper is collected in one container, and the insulation in another.
Air separation ensures 99.9% copper purity.

The entire process is quiet thanks to soundproofed components.
A self-cleaning dust collection system reduces maintenance time and eliminates contamination.

✅ On the left side is the copper discharge chute.
✅ On the right side is the insulation discharge chute.

Discharge tables are equipped with additional separation screens to sort into two fractions, along with motors that assist in material movement and separation.

✅ The machine includes a gravity-air sorting system and a vibrating separator, which effectively separate the shredded insulation from the copper.

✅ The cutting chamber is based on a drum system (5 cutting knives + 2 counter-knives) that shreds the material into fine fractions. During grinding, insulation is preliminarily separated via a screen. Then, airflow and a vibrating plate complete the separation.

✅ The hopper can be opened, providing quick and easy access to the cutting chamber.
It is also equipped with a dust extraction port.
