The STILER cable granulator is designed for shredding and granulating copper and aluminium cables, followed by the separation of shredded metal from insulation.

The machine can process cables with diameters ranging from 1 mm to 20 mm, handling both stranded and solid-core cables with ease.

The machine features a gravity-air sorting system combined with a vibrating separator, which efficiently separates shredded insulation from copper or aluminium.

The cutting chamber reduces the cables into fine granules, during which insulation is preliminarily detached from the metal. Then, using airflow and a vibrating plate, the insulation is fully separated from the copper.
The front discharge chute expels the clean separated metal, while the rear discharge chute releases the removed insulation.

A self-cleaning dust removal system shortens maintenance time and minimizes dust.
