The newest model of the STILER stationary table top edge bander.

It is perfect for covering worktops up to 60 mm high and automatic milling of worktops up to 45 mm high.

The edgebander is equipped with automatic application of glue on the table top and veneer. Additionally, the machine has two milling machines for milling the top and bottom edges of the table top.

The machine is also equipped with two pneumatic veneer cutters (a compressor must be connected to power them).

The machine is equipped with automatic veneer collection and automatic cutting it to the appropriate length of the table top.

The veneer pickup rollers are activated when the glue reaches the right temperature.

The control panel includes:

• switch for milling machines
• smooth regulation of the top peeling speed
• electronic glue temperature indicator
• smooth regulation of the veneer feeding speed
• smooth adjustment of polishing

Edge milling machines mill both the top and bottom edge of the table top.

The set includes 2 four-blade cutters with bearings

The machine also has the option of polishing the milled edge . The speed of the polisher is regulated by a potentiometer.

The machine is equipped with an extraction system with a fan. The debris from both the upper and lower cutter is pulled away and forwarded to the pipe. The outlet pipe has a diameter of 50 mm , it can be connected to an additional vacuum cleaner or a bag (the bag is included).

In the edgebander there are two pneumatic veneer cutters, a compressor with a power of about 8 BAR is necessary to power them.

The cutters are activated by foot switches and limit switches when feeding the table top.

Inclinedly positioned pressure rollers support even table top guidance and prevent the top from receding.

The rollers are pressure-adjustable.

The worktop also has an auto-feed of the processed material .

The feed speed is regulated by a potentiometer on the control panel.

In contrast to the competition, in our model, the tape collecting the material has been extended up to the heads that apply the glue. As a result, the machine is practically maintenance-free.

The additional veneer arm is a great help .

The shield is mounted on a bearing.

The worktop has support rollers for easier material movement during work.

The support rollers have the option of sliding out, which allows for gluing larger dimensions.

After machining with milling machines, the edges are polished from above and below.

The glue tank is located in an easily accessible place, next to the edgebander head.
