Description
The STILER TP 250 disc chipper is designed for shredding tree limbs and trunks with a diameter of up to 25 cm.

4 knives sharpened on both sides ensure very high efficiency and durability of the machine. The blades are made of hard tool steel. The machine has 1 counter blade.
The back of the disc is equipped with breakers and ejection shovels for more effective ejection of the wood chips from the machine
The machine has two hydraulic feed rollers. They speed up the work and make it easier to feed the branches onto the shield. In addition, the machine has 10 feeding speeds and a reverse gear to withdraw the branches.
For better efficiency, the feed rollers are equipped with steel tines.
The revolutions are transmitted through the power take-off shaft which connects the machine directly to the tractor shaft. The minimum required shaft speed is 540 rpm.
The machine is equipped with a three-point linkage.
360 ° rotating ejection of wood chips allows us to direct the stream in any direction.
The 37.5 cm long knife easily shreds branches up to 30 cm in diameter.

- The chipper with a three-point suspension system (TUZ) is designed to work with an agricultural tractor with a minimum power of 80 HP.
- The drive from the tractor to the chipper is transferred by means of a transmission shaft equipped with a safety pin, which is sheared in the event of the machine being overloaded and disconnects the direct drive.
- The chips produced are thrown out through a pipe rotated 360° in relation to the chipper base.
- The resulting chips have dimensions from 20 mm to 60 mm
