Description
Disc chipper STILER FD - TH reliable, very strong, equipped with rollers feeding the material to the disc.
The self-collection mechanism consists of 2 hydraulic rollers.
The machine is designed for shredding branches up to a diameter of 16 cm (up to 30 cm with roots)
The minimum required tractor power is 20 horsepower. The drive is transmitted via the PTO shaft (included in the set).
Two hydraulically driven feed rollers make it easier for the machine to shred branchy branches. The machine itself pulls the material onto the disc. The chipper is equipped with its own pump.
The red lever stops the hydraulic rollers in the event of a fault.
The machine is also versatile thanks to the adjustable legs, thanks to which the machine fits almost all tractors available on the market.
The chipper is equipped with a 3-point linkage (three-point linkage) . That is a standard applicable to all tractors available on the market.
The obtained chips have a size of 20-30 mm .
Characteristic:
- Its design uses high-quality knives that can be replaced from the side of the machine by one person in just 10 minutes thanks to the easy-access panels.
- The strength of our machines is demonstrated by the use of solidly made steel sheet.
- The chipper is equipped with a pulling shaft with teeth made of high carbon steel. The advantage of this type of shaft is that it aggressively grips each branch up to 16 cm thick with or without leaves.
- The chipper has three MASSIVE high-strength bearings on which the main shaft is mounted and reinforced, wide, drive V-belts.
- Adjustable legs allow the chipper to be connected to a wider range of tractors. This innovation makes it easier to achieve the recommended PTO angle (less than 15 degrees) on larger tractors.
- The upper handle is used to lift the feed roller, which makes it easier for it to grasp large diameters.
- Adjustable speed of the feed rollers. Reverse gear allows us to reverse unwanted material.
- The red handle also serves as a safety switch. When it is pulled, the rollers stop feeding the material
- Clear vinyl divider protects the user from chip dispersion, letting you see what's going on in the tray.
- The discharge hopper has an adjustable 360 ° rotation . Thanks to that, we can direct the stream of wood chips in any direction without any problems.
