Widely used in locksmith, production and craft factories.
The new model uses a more powerful three-phase motor equipped with additional safeguards, a new-generation maintenance-free hydraulic cylinder, liquid cooling in a closed system, and a large drainage tub.
Machines are manufactured in Ukraine. Precision and solidity puts it at the forefront of band saws with the possibility of cutting at any angle up to 55º.
In addition, the guides are equipped with sintered carbides which translates into greater accuracy in series cuts.
The main advantages of the machine are: swivel arm up to 55º, new generation hydraulic cylinder, more powerful 2.2 kW 400V engine, more efficient cooling system.
The machine is equipped with a sliding vise with quick clamp, which makes replacing the cut detail really efficient.
Bearing guides ensure reliable and even guiding of the tape in the material being cut. In addition, sintered carbides are mounted on the bearings which improve accuracy in series cuts. A big plus is the cooling of the cutting band placed directly on the guide.
A hydraulic cylinder with infinitely adjustable arm drop, facilitates more accurate speed adjustment to the workpiece.
The machine is equipped with a powerful cooling pump (CE) with a large tank, and a convenient handle for tensioning the belt.
The lowering speed of the arm can be easily adjusted on the control panel.
Includes bumper length of cut material together with scale.

The massive, stable and refined construction and the arm made of massive welded steel sheets provide the machine with very high rigidity and stability when cutting, which ensures precision cutting and long trouble-free operation. The construction and use of a 34 mm wide cutting band enables full execution of multi-series cuts of both profiles and full details.
The tape guides are equipped with special carbide inserts and bearings. This has a huge impact on the running of the tape, its service life, straightness, accuracy and quality of the cut.
The MIT Bandsaw is equipped with a modern material clamping system with a quick lock.
The cutting speed is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
The machine is equipped with a powerful cooling pump (CE) with a large tank, and a convenient handle for tensioning the belt.
In the lower arm position (after cutting the material) the cutting band drive and cooling system are switched off automatically.
Safety is ensured by the cutting band covers and micro switches stopping the engine operation after the end of the cutting cycle or opening any of the covers. Additional protection consists in switching off the automatic cutter if the cutting band breaks.
The engine is equipped with new generation thermal fuses.
The base is built-in as a rigid body welded from steel sheets. Inside there is a separate coolant tank with an electric pump and a large drainage tank.
The shape of the upper part of the base is a bath for draining coolant and catching chips formed during cutting of the material.
A steel table is attached to the base, a working table with a rotating arm and a control panel on a separate pedestal.
In the cutting process, the main cutting movement is the movement of the cutting band and the arm falling rate.
The arm's falling speed (cutting speed) is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
The cutter is equipped with a maintenance-free worm gear.
