Description
The STILER PRS-76C belt sander
The massive, multifunctional STILER PRS-76C belt sander, thanks to its double-sided design, combines the functions of two devices: a regular belt grinder and a grinding machine for grinding pipes for permeation joints.
The machine is equipped with an adjustable table with a movable vice, thanks to which it will be possible to precisely grind the end of the pipe at the desired angle and depth.
One of the main advantages of the grinder is the use of a special punching component, thanks to which we obtain pipe ends that perfectly match the permeation joints. Thanks to the use of a desktop with a movable vice and replaceable shafts, it is possible to adjust the cutting parameters to your needs. The vice with mounted scale can be turned at any angle between 90 ° and 30 ° .
The desktop is equipped with a lever that moves the vice with the material towards the abrasive belt, which allows for precise control of the grinding depth.
Thanks to the vice block and the material stopper, it is possible to achieve punching repeatability.
After opening the top flap, we gain access to a section of abrasive tape on which flat surfaces can be ground.
The grinder also has a subassembly that allows you to grind the material on the abrasive belt located at the back of the machine.
Additionally, under the subassemblies at the front and rear, there are swarf tanks, which are equipped with a swarf extraction connection.
On the control panel there is:
- On / off switch
- Emergency switch
- Belt speed switch - selectable from 15m / s or 30m / s
- Switch for the direction of rotation of the material sanding belt.
Simple and quick belt tension is ensured by a crank mounted on the body of the grinder. The star knob on the crank allows the belt to be centered on the shaft and the rubber wheel.
Included: A roller for grinding pipes for permeation connections.
