Plastic mill STILER 15 kW

The machine has been designed for shredding soft and hard plastics, but also perfectly copes with cardboard, paper and wood, which is why it is indispensable in every recycling plant.

There are 18 cutting knives on the cutting shaft, cooperating with two fixed knives located on the cutting chamber cover.

Thanks to the opening cutting chamber, replacement and maintenance of cutting knives and screens is very simple. Additionally, the cutting knives can be re-sharpened and reused many times.

The cutting head is equipped with 18 cutting knives arranged in 3 rows and 4 fixed (support) knives.

The dimensions of the cutting chamber are 600 mm wide and 480 mm long.

A 12 mm screen is placed in the lower flap . We also have 6 mm sieves for an additional fee.

The crusher crushes materials such as:

• plastic bottles
• wooden boards
• plastic materials (soles, strips, moldings, foil)
• materials with low metal content (cables, electronic boards)
• waste paper, paper, cardboard boxes
• rubber materials

The machine works at 560 rpm. so it does not melt the material.

A pull-out waste drawer will allow for quick and easy emptying of the container

The drawer is equipped with 4 wheels.

Easy access to the cutting chamber facilitates maintenance and inspection of the machine. The top cover is equipped with two actuators to facilitate opening and closing.

The machine is equipped with a main switch, an emergency switch and a clear control panel.

All security measures meet the stringent EU standards.

Before fragmentation, the fraction of the material thrown should be of an appropriate size (the fraction depends on the type of material).

The crushers are CE certified.

Each damper has a limit switch that prevents the mill from being connected during maintenance.

The crusher has adjustable feet for precise horizontal positioning of the machine.
